Its been awhile

Good morning all!

I know its been awhile but I am pleased to say I joined the gym last week on Tuesday. We had a trainer Wed, Thurs and Sat. HE KICKED MY BUTT. When I say we, Its been my mom and I. Joey will not go to the gym.

We did three days last week, doing four this week and next week 5. We will alternate between 4 days and 5 days a week.

I am eating healthy! The nutritionist said eat 5 small meals a day so I am doing that and tracking it on My fitness pal. I love that app. Easier then logging on here and trying to do it when I'm in a hurry.

Since July 1st, I lost two pounds! Now granted, I didn't start to really try till last week because we had a 4th of July weekend blow out at my house. So In a week and two days, I lost 2 pounds. Probably water weight but I am fine with it.

I wish I had more support but I don't... I love my mom but she is older and she wants to quit before I am ready to stop. I just keep moving forward. Keep going.
