10 months to get strong and healthy :)

My wedding is in ten months -- and although I know we should not lose weight for a specific event, this is a major goal for me. This is my 2nd later-in-life wedding and I really want to look and feel much much better than I did in my first wedding. My goal is not a specific weight amount, just to be healthier and lighter than I am today.

The ways I am going to tackle this are:
1. Drink 16 oz. water before each meal -- and throughout the day
2. Track what I consume
3. Move some everyday -- even 15 minutes is beneficial
4. Take a multivitamin every day
5. Enjoy the ride!

Following the steps above will provide me:

1. Better health
2. Less weight
3. Stop snoring (or PURRING - thanks LJOYCE55!!) or less of it!

Looking forward to this transformation --- I want to rock it in my wedding dress :)
