Sparkstreak, Day 11

Another day with everything tracked. I did some of my gardening this morning, mostly pulling weeds and watering. This evening after dinner and dinner clean-up was over I got more watering done of plants we have on our decks. One deck requires me to go up and down 8 stairs, and I did that repeatedly while watering all of the plants, as the faucet on that deck needs to be fixed. I figure it's a good way to get in exercise - up and down the stairs, back and forth to the indoor faucet, lifting the watering can, yeah, yeah, yeah!

Every day in every way, I get better and better at moving more and being more mindful of eating. It sometimes takes longer than I thought it would for everything to come together into a habit. I am sure there will be "those times." but sticking to the decision to keep on even if I have hit bumps and wrong turns is paying off. Sometimes those bumps and misdirections help to instruct, and to improve my knowledge of what I need to do.

    That's great that you are tracking everything. It really does help to keep us on track. Don't worry about how long it takes, rather know that with every healthy choice you make, your body is getting stronger and healthier. emoticon
