INSANITY - Day 14 & 15 + Fit Test #2 Results!

Yesterday was a rest day, but I had time to go bike and read for half an hour to stay active. It was a slow day, but a restful one! :)

Today it was back to work. A little bit of a lighter day, since it was the Fit Test...and the results are in!

Fit Test #2, 7-15-2013:

SWITCH KICKS = 96 (+10)
POWER JACKS = 41 (+5)
POWER KNEES = 85 (+6)
POWER JUMPS = 34 (+9 woo!)
GLOBE JUMPS = 9 (+0)
PUSH-UP JACKS = 11 real, 9 w/knees (+1 & +1)
LOW PLANK OBLIQUE = 30 pair (+3)

These results make me happy. :) Even though I'm still struggling with the nutritional aspect of the program (and my life...), the hard work I've put in hasn't been for nothing! Just think of how much better I could do and feel if I started putting more of the right foods in my body!
