Day 50: Monday, July 15, 2K13

Happy Monday everyone!!!!!!!

Day 48: Saturday, July 13, 2K13

Saturday AM weigh-in: 357LBS

Definitely a disappointment this week. Only a 1.5lbs
loss recorded this week. I should be happy, BUT I am
not. I will loosen up this weekend on the diet. I will
have a cheat meal tonite and Sunday night.


Day 49: Sunday, July 14, 2K13

Had a somewhat decent cheat meal last night at Chili's.
I went to the gym this morning to do some cardio. I
performed 40 MIN of INC(C) at a variety of inclines;
without worrying about my HR.

Sometimes, it is very hard not to become DISCOURAGED.
DISCOURAGED because I see others around me achieving
results faster than mine. DISCOURAGED because I know
exactly what I want to ACHIEVE in my mind's eye. I
am guilty of what this generation is guilty of in most
NOW!!! I think that if you have a clear VISION of what
you want to ACHIEVE(not just physique-wise but LIFE in
general) you have to constantly REAFFIRM these GOALS and
COACH yourself to success. It is not always easy-but,
AWESOME things in life never are. I must CONCENTRATE
on fixing my mind so I can have a KNOCK-OUT week.

Day 50: Monday, July 15, 2K13

Happy Monday!!!!

My fiance started to come down with a cold/flu Thursday
night. She was completley ill up until around 10:30-11PM
last night. She is not 100%, but is gaining on it. I on
the other hand, started to come down with what she might
had Sunday evening. Needless to say, I am definitley not
feeling well. I will stay away from the weight workouts
this week. I will return to them next Monday.

However, I will continue to perform my 60 min cardio sessions
followed by good nutritional practices. Just because I feel
alittle under the weather does not mean I should slack off.
I will REAFFIRM my goals. Perform my cardio sessions. EAT
exactly with my macros.

60 MIN INC(C) / 179 MHR / 2.0 SPD / 20% INC / 907 CALS / 2.25 MILES
(Every fifth minute, I jacked the speed up to 3.0)

    Just gotta shut the brain up long enough to get where you want. When ever I feel discouraged I start chanting.... 90 % mental over and over....
