The Power of .2

So, this morning, the day after the weekend... Weigh-in time again... And I'm down .2 pounds. Well done, Steele. Well done.

I can't help but be proud. The fact of the matter is that I ate out from Friday through Sunday and I was feeling pretty wary of that scale this morning. Not just that, but I was forced to take not one, but TWO rest days on Thurs and Fri because of my insane crazy hectic schedule. I was SWAMPED. Like, didn't walk in the door until 10:00pm swamped. I tried my best to make up for it with double workouts on Saturday (JM DVD in the AM and a Run+Strength in the PM.) and a great Run+Strength on Sunday. And I ate BIG Sat and Sun lunches so I ate really small for supper. This morning I am back to my routine - Oats for breakfast and chicken/salad for lunch again. YUM and HEALTHY.

So, that -.2 said, Good Girl. It said, you compensated. You made it through the weekend unscathed, Chick. I'll wear that -.2 proud.
