Day 6 :)

Day 6! It sounds so small, but I’ve quit too soon so many times. This time, I feel so proud. I have been waking myself up early each morning to exercise for 15 minutes. I find it makes eating healthy during the day easier. I was afraid on the days where I don’t sleep well or I’m super tired that I would use that as an excuse not to get up, but so far so good. On Sunday I did 20 minutes on the Treadclimber and when I was done, I couldn’t resist doing a fist pump. It felt so good. When I first got the Treadclimber, I could barely do 10 minutes (at 1.2 mph!). Now, I can comfortably do 15 mins at 1.6- 19 but I have been pushing myself to stay on longer or go faster. When I’m tired I let myself just do 1.6 for the first few minutes.
Saturday night, I told my fiancé that I wanted to eat but it was too late and he replied by telling me he’s so proud of how seriously I have been taking eating healthy and exercising. :)
