Insanity week 4 day 2

Today's workout was cardio power and resistance. I hate those lodge jumps that's in there so I just don't do it, instead I run in place or do jumping jacks or something. Maybe someday I'll catch myself doing it without even realizing. Have a Sparktastic day!!!
