I am doing 12 Wbt

I am doing a 12 week body challenge by Michelle Bridges. In australia she is our Jillian Michaels She is one of the coaches on Australia Biggest loser. She has her own workout videos books and workout gear. She started this challenge for all of us who need to lose weight and get healthy. She sets out a plan each week and also you have access to forums and to weekly mindset videos which seem to be done at a very appropriate time. Such as when I was giving up it we received a mindset video on self sabotage.
So I am into week 10 and have only lost 2 kilos. I have signed up for the program again to do another 12 weeks.
I am a little dissapointed with my efforts I am really going to have to look at the way that I do things as I have done what I always do. I go along all in, then I seem to tire and then have a week off then I eat crap then get back into it etc.. I am going to have to look for the warning signs and find a way to change them so that I can be consistent. I will lose this weight and I will find a way to fight myself. I have learned so far that it is my mind that is my worst enemy. I talk myself out of things Why im not sure. I am going to learn to talk myself INTO things. So I will be blogging on here my progress and all the rest that goes along with it.

    Nice to see you back and hear that you're part of a challenge. I think the first step is that you realized a trend. Now to figure out what triggers it. emoticon
