A&I July Wk 2 Challenge

List 5 things in your life that makes it complicated and/or stressful and what you could do, if anything, to make it less complicated and/or stressful.

My daily stress comes from the following (I can only think of 4 big ones):

1) Work
2) Traffic
3) High School Coaches
4) Pushy Parents

These stress triggers had caused anxiety attacks for me. I dealt with the attacks for as long as I could with meditation and breathing exercises. It got to a point though that I needed a little extra calming power, so I went to the doctor and got a prescription. WORKS GREAT.

I still do the meditation along with yoga to deal with these stress triggers. I have also figured out that a good, sweaty workout helps too to relieve the stress.

    Great blog. I am glad you were able to get help with your anxiety attacks. I can only imagine having those. Way to go on continuing the yoga and meditation though. Keep up the good work.

    I'm glad you were able to get help with your anxiety attacks. Those can definitely be hard to live with! I agree that a great workout does wonders for burning off stress.
