Day 14 - Off track?

Started a 4 day stint at Boy Scout camp today.

Neglected my food tracking, so I am saying I ate above range today.

Drank plenty of water.

No cardio or trike riding today.

12,728 steps tracked on pedometer.

Monday plans?
1. Resume tracking food! (1 day off is enough)
2. Target 15,000 steps
3. 12+ cups of water

    It's hard to track when you are out tracking. But the best thing is what you are doing; moving along tomorrow back on track.
