Day 14 of Summer 30 Day Challenge

Sunday, July 14, 2013

Yesterday I did a bit of work and at home I cleaned out my cupboards. Threw out a few GMO's!
Now my cupboards and spices are all organized!

I never got to do the fridge!

Yummy salad and sausage last night with baby potatoes.

This morning was the raisin toast ( gluten free)
and I can feel that my mindset and attitude with food is changing!

I can't explain it really, but it really does start from the inside out!

I just have a clear idea in my head of where I want to be and THAT is affecting my impulsive urges or cravings ...I just have a newfound motivation to make the best decisions for the right reasons. NOT because I SHOULD, but because I CHOOSE the best!

My best may not be what your best looks like....Different foods affect different people.
I know I can't eat wheat. You may be able to?

Here is my DS in the Kayak!

PLEASE report today's progress here!

Oops again. Sorry for the delay.

One of my docs said I should try and go wheat free. Yes! An MD recommended it. He said it was worth a try. I am allergic (not as bad as other allergies) but wheat is difficult for me to avoid. In terms of bread I am more allergic to other breads.

Sugar free although I did have a little ketchup. Did 40 mins HIIT workout on the treadmill.

You are so right - it all starts in the head. If your mind is in the right mode it WILL happen, otherwise it's an uphill battle.
No wheat for me either (unless I'm willing to pay the price on a rare occasion).
The kids look like they had a lot of fun - kayaking is great exercise :)
Well done getting your cupboards cleaned out - I sorted out spices and DD's kitchen stuff in the storage loft yesterday and found quite a few useful things and a pile for her to decide what to do with.
Eating was on plan and I hit a 7 year low: 134.0 this morning!! (that's 2 pounds from my wedding weight 26+ years ago)
