07/13/13 - My day

Today started off quite nicely - Mom & Son day today

Before going to pick him up I stopped at McDonalds and had breakfast with my SO! Their oatmeal was awesome - had diet coke with it.

We picked up my son and just hung out having a great time.. I love having grown children... We're friends now and the relationship is so different. He also notice my weight loss and that's a good thing. We didn't do anything special just talk, played sorry and a couple card games at the park.

Then we went to taco bell - I had two tacos and a diet soda... he had a bunch of food. He's over 6 feet and eats a lot.. why he's not healthy like me I don't know but he's not. He burns it all off.

After that I came home and relaxed a bit - next what's for dinner - didn't feel like cooking and been eating out all day we decided to go to Subway for dinner.. I had the chicken sandwich and some water.. I been drinking water all day along with the soda. I don't usually drink soda but felt like it today.

My So went and got the sandwiches while I stayed home and did my workout on the elliptical trainer I have - I love that thing! 45 minutes.

I tracked all the food I ate - I had a awesome day - fast food on plan and tracked it all.

I went online and read the success stories for motivation and completed my spark points.

This was the best day I've had in over a week!

Hope everyone had a great day and tomorrow is great as well!

SOunds like you had a full and productive day. A day with your son is always a good day in my books. Great that you were able to choose so well eating out and still stay in range. You are doing just an amazing job and I am so proud of you. Keep up the great work. Have a wonderful week,
