Feeling so excited for this journey! emoticon

Before I even had breakfast I had to say no to several things. MIL asked if I wanted coffee- no. DH asked about Sweet Tea- no. I feel like I let other people determine how I eat more than myself so I'm really enjoying that no word already.

Breakfast: 1/2 banana [accidentally dropped the other half so the dog ate it! haha], 2 eggs, and a small piece of sausage

Lunch: Made a green smoothie, interesting.

Dinner: Tilapia with fresh steamed green beans

Snack: Fresh Cherries and a Banana


Rose- BIL bought a 14ft swimming pool for the backyard yesterday! I got to be the first one to try it out!

Thorn- DH made me a salad today and drowned it in salad dressing so I had to turn it down. I felt bad but hey I'm sticking to my guns here.

emoticon To answer the question about DH being a part of this journey-

DH is not fully on board with this. He is to a certain point but not on everything. He will eat what I cook for dinner or cook turkey burgers with a veggie for us but when it comes to snacks it's different. He really loves popcicles, flavored drink mixes, and other things with sugar and food dyes.
