You do not have to Oneder any longer.
I have entered Onederland!
At long last!
Couldn't wait to tell ya'all!
One week later than I wanted, but that's ok, that's alright. My scale has lost its heebie jeebies and is moving in the right direction!
Let's do the happy dance girlfriend, it is happening.

Cutting out most breads, desserts due to egg allergy, and avoiding soy protein products, lecithin, and most soy has caused me to lose my cravings. Walking every day, attempting to continue returning my body into some kind of normal range of motion, housework, stairs making me sweat.

Getting more/better sleep.
Drinking my water.
Cutting out the caffeine.
Moderate exercise (walking, stairs, housework), and practicing deep breathing (again).
Healthy alternatives.

I am still discovering healthy alternatives for sweet treats - a raw brownie made with ground nuts, cocoa powder, ground dates, topped with a "frosting" made with avocado, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla - has given me a little chocolate enjoyment without me going into crazy cravings.

Have an awesome breakfast, I know I will.
