    @trev -- I was doing the "Community Challenge in Spark Coach, the app edition. Hence the short post.
    @JLDACQ -- I don't find fruit works well for me before Ashtanga yoga. It is OK when I am teaching a more gentle class. I find that the seated series twists and the inversion poses are the ones that need a "settled stomach".

    This is the shortest blog I have ever encountered but the advice is good. Almonds are one of the healthiest proteins you can use. I personally use walnuts because I prefer the taste but there is nothing wrong with Almonds.

    You don't consume fruit before yoga? That surprises me. Why not?
