Pushing through

Today has been a good day. I have eaten right and did my fitness. I even met all my goals for the day. I titled this entry pushing through in part b/c I am feeling a bit under the weather.

Some positives for the day:
- ate 3 fruits/veggies today
- can now hold plank position for a while without feeling like crying *and* I can do a yoga push-up and hold it before transitioning into upward dog.
- drank my 8 glasses plus of water and the day isn't over yet.
- did my 30 minute yoga workout and felt the burn but also felt it go smoother than usual.

The not so good:
- I still have issues meeting my protein requirements so need to do something about that.
- prolly not a bad thing per se but I can totally feel the yoga workout I did in my hips.
- the weekend is coming up which means my eating habits may be off.

Goals for tomorrow:
- yoga for 20 or 30 minutes
- eat a healthy breakfast
- drink 8 glasses of water
- make sure to eat healthy snacks during the day.
