I stayed in my calories for the last 2 days. It's getting easier and easier, but the weekends are usually my downfall. So I'm trying to plan ahead for the weekend.

    why don't you drop your calories by 50 a day threw the week then have you a treat of 200 extra calories on either Saturday or Sunday. that way you don't feel like you care cheating.
