Off to a great start

I walked 6 miles in 155 minutes. I was not concerned about the time, I need to get use to being on my feet for 7 hours because students are due back to class July 17th. I also changed my eggs to Egglanders Best to cut my cholesterol and Stevia to cut my sugar. I am ready for a very busy and productive day.
