It's almost a month in ... again!

I know right? If I hadn't given up, I'd be in maintenance by now! emoticon But that didn't happen. So here I am, almost a month in. I've seen some changes, felt some changes and wished for more changes. It's all good though. With work and effort some wishes come true. Sunday will be the fourth Funday for me. I can't wait. Not because I get to eat whatever, when ever or anything like that, but because I can sleep! Glorious, wonderful and oh so missing sleep! Yesterday, today and tomorrow are 13, 14 and 14 hour shifts respectively. I'm thinking, I'm gonna be a little whupped by Sunday. My first treat to myself will be to turn my alarm clock off! The Beloved will be in the studio recording and although it would be nice to go and visit with friends, it's just not happening.

I am planning on getting some upper body exercise in by trying one of those cronut clone recipes. (Does kneading dough count as push aways?) But to make sure I don't have too many, I'm halving the recipe. One for me, the rest for him. Unless of course they're as yummy as they look, then I might have to rethink my math there! emoticon

LOL, I work with paramedics so I know about long shifts but wow yours are crazy long......Kneading dough should definitely count as something. Especially when you slam it down. Happy sleeping! Hmmm....upper body that is definitely something I need to work on......

    Later gator......
