Since my BRITT831 was in town, I wasn't able to post my normal weekly blog so I'm playing catch up now.
Nutrition = Better but could always use some work. Trying to up the veggies instead of the fruit, starting with having 2 cups of spinach daily again.
Water Intake = Excellent.
Exercise = Goal is still 1,000 fitness minutes for the month, currently at 275.
Clothing Fit, Inches Lost = I have found that there is a bit of extra room in the legs of my 12s which is really awesome! Belly is getting on my nerves, but it won't be fixed until I get all of my digestive issues taken care of. I feel like my belly is the only thing standing in my way.
Stress Level/Exhaustion = Extremely stressed, but doing the best I can to combat it.
1). I felt proud that I was able to tell all of my doctors that I do at least 1 hour of exercise daily. I've always either lied before or said that I didn't do any.
2). I have muscle definition in my legs!
3). "Woah girl, you're skinny!" said my a co-worker whom I haven't seen in months. Was nice to hear.
4). As mentioned above, room in the thigh area of my 12s, making them a lot more comfortable. This isn't to say they weren't before, but you get the idea.
