What a beautiful day in Maine. My goals for the day is to weed the garden for at least an hour and go for a walk. Going camping this coming week and plan on taking many Spark recipes with me to cook out. I am losing weight and gaining strength and the feeling of well being. This is not a diet! But the only way of life for me. Good bye starving myself and hello health!
