The Exercise Challenge this week mostly repeats from past weeks with a few updates) is take your fitness outside~take out your bike, jump rope outside, run sprints, swim, run hills, or just go for a walk. If the weather is bad then walk on a treadmill or use a video for at least 60 minutes. Do upper body strength training.
The Food Challenge is to cut sugars and eat a piece of fruit instead. Eat at least 2 veggies. Try for a gallon a day, but drink at least 8 GLASSES of water per day.
60 Minutes of cardio
Upper body strength
Goofed, did lower body!
Eat one fruit
Eat two veggies
Peas, red peppers, carrots, tomatoes, lettuce
Accountability with meals
Drink 1 gallon water or at least 8 glasses of water
