T minus 2 days: Whole 30

Whole 30 plans are set to take off on Saturday! Okay, not completely planned out but good enough to just take the leap!
So I think I mentioned how I want to keep up my blog through the 30 days. We all know that cravings come and go so one of the things I will be doing to help get through those is to write in my blog.
I have no plans right now to track my food, and a Paleo lifestyle isn't really about tracking it's more about awareness. I mean obviously I will probably blog about what I aat just not quantity as it is all going to be completely healthy. One thing I will definitely track is my water intake.
Some things that I plan to include in my blog daily:
My Exercise/Activities for the Day
New Recipes (whenever I try something new)
Feelings on food-cravings, favorite freggies, etc
How I notice a Paleo/whole 30 lifestyle changes perspective of thnigs- for example eating out, family gatherings, etc--sort of like an overcoming obstacles sort of thing
Rose/Thorn- One great thing and one not so great thing that happened for the day

Probably a daily weigh in- I hear it's bad but it helps me stay on track better
Feel free to ask me anything, I hear people are curious to know how I will accomplish this and I get questions all the time about it!
