just returned from a long camping trip with my mom, I had such a fun time zip lining, hiking, and boating. I wish I could of lost more weight on this trip, but I'm not regretting it. when I got home I immediately hopped back on the workout schedule and have lost 5 pounds just in this last week. I'm feeling very good about myself and I hope everything keeps going smooth.
P.S- you don't ever have to pay for another workout video again...there's this great Jillian Michaels workout video on YouTube. I've spent 15 mins. doing it and I'm already dripping sweat( not going to lie though, it is a tad bit difficult)
