July 11- Body Fat%

So today I started off not wanting to move to fast. I decided though to go to the gym, workout, and get my body fat % taken for a 2 week check in.
I started by finding out that I have lost .7% in the past 2 weeks! Then I got in a great tread workout. I then had summer school (sigh- I always question why I do this). Following school I went back to the gym and tried Zumba Gold. One of the trainers asked me if I was going to 2-a-days.
I am not really trying- I am just unsure how else to hit my calories burned goal in each day. I have some troubles tracking between extras and my fitbit- and knowing what has been tracked or not tracked.... Hopefully I can get it re-figured out.
Tomorrow, is my monthly picture day- hopefully there will be some small changes!!!! I can't wait to see :) I am also going to try another class that is a drumming exercise. With exercise balls and apparently lots of squatting!
