3 steps forward, one step back

I have only been at this for a little over a week now and for some reason these last two days have been really hard. I completely blew my calories tonight and maxed out on everything but protein. I think part of my problem is getting under my calories. I don't know why but I have been feeling full even if I don't eat a lot. My body is confusing and when I look at my reports I am all over the place. I feel overwhelmed with trying to change my entire diet, but my diet has been so terrible I feel I have to. This is more than just wanting to look good, if I don't lose weight I am going to have problems with hernias continuously. I want to conquer this but I feel incapable.
