Start Your Healthy Habits as Early As Possible!

Thursday, July 11, 2013

Start every day as healthy as you can! It's a great way to jump start your day and may set the trend for the rest of the day. Even if something comes up to change the direction of your day, you're still off to a good start.

Water in the morning - dehydrated from a night of sleep and the best way to drink it as far from the next bed time sleep as possible!

Exercise in the morning - nothing gets the brain and blood pumping better and helps increase energy for the day!

Fruits and veggies in the morning - easy to digest and you need 6-8 servings throughout the day to keep you at your healthiest!

I just worked a night shift, so my morning started at 1 pm. It's still a great time to jump start the rest of my day! :D

What Baby Steps can you take today and how many can you take before Lunch?! You can do it!!!!

This is great information! I start my day off and end it with emoticon , as well as drink it with my meals to fill me up so I won't over eat. I also fill half of my plate with fruit for breakfast and veggies for lunch and dinner. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Definitely the best way to do it! I always start with water and fruit and throw the exercise in as often as I can. Thanks for the reminders!
