4 days left of my 30 day challenge!!

Today's crossfit:

Run 1/2 mile
6 pushups
20 jumping jacks
10 squats

4 rounds

Only 4 days left!!! I'm so happy to have found this on pinterest and have almost completed 30 days of at home crossfit. There was only 1 day I rested and didn't do any sort of workout. I feel like my legs are leaning out which is great!! And found a new love for burpees and jumping rope!!

I highly suggest doing this especially when most days are only about 20 minutes I mean everyone has time for this!!
