Boot Camp - Final Week

I've got one more boot camp class to go tomorrow (Friday) and then I have to come up with some way to continue workouts. I need to check into gyms that have scheduled activities, or do them from home. Maybe I should come up with a gym but try the at-home first - with the gym available if it doesn’t work out. My thought is that I do not want to spend the $$ so I will be “forced” to work-out at home. I do want an elliptical though, so that may be my goal for 3 weeks at home before purchasing.... I have printed out some 60 sec cardio workouts to do during commercials when I watch tv.

I’m down 3 more pounds. I’ll lose a little at Yearbook camp since they are structured meals and I always do a lot of walking. We will see exactly how much this year, with my fit-bit! I have to get ready though, actually, I just need to pack.

That’s about it for now. After camp it will be the downward side of summer. I need to make a trip to Austin, and we still haven’t had a road trip, but then my weekdays have been occupied with Boot Camp and it seems to be paying off! YIPEE!! I just need to keep it up.
