Yesterday at the gym someone told me that they admire my motivation. It felt good to hear a compliment especially when the scale isn't shifting. I do insanity on mornings and I hit the gym on evenings(at least 4 x a week). I have lost inches since beginning insanity but no weight has come off.This should demotivate me but it won't at least the inches are coming off slowly but surely. emoticon

    Yey for you!! Wow, you have lots of energy. Morning Insanity then gym at night!! Wow!!! I am sure you are burning lots of calories. I wish I had your energy!
