lol, so, tried to bleach the temp blue dye in my hair out....which normally manic panic lifts right away. well, apparently, my hair wants to hang onto it lol. i FINALLY got my hair white,i figured out the combo of products to get it to snowflake like lol. however, since the blue didnt lift all the way, i have white, pastel pink and periwinkle here and there in my hair. I LOOK LIKE A SPARKLY UNICORN!!!!! lol.

decided im in this fitness thing full haul. if i really commit i can get to my fitness goal by the end of the year. my boyfriend agrees, and im trying to get him back into the gym with me as well. yes, we are both tired, yes, we are both busy, but a 1 hour workout is only 4% of your day. true story.

i decided every morning i can either run/bus/bike to the gym and spend and hour or hour and a half there. i took my bike to the shop to have it tuned up and cleaned off. they were actually refreshingly honest and told me my tires and tubes can last another summer. that was cool. so tune up, new break pads, new chain, etc. should get it back friday. anyway, the bike will be for the mornings i want to workout at like 3am. much safer than walking in my opinion.

for my diet, its an every other day switching meal plan. foods consist of oatmeal with stevia and cinnamon, eggs, fruits, veggies, raw almonds, grilled chicken and fish, spinach salads with balsamic/red wine vinaigrette/fat free ranch, cottage cheese with unsalted sunflower seeds for texture, steamed brocolli and sweet potatoes, and protein shakes after workouts. i actually just packed up my food for the next three nights for work lol.

im tired of only going half way with my fitness. i tell myself as long as im doing SOMETHING its ok. well, its getting me nowhere fast so i need to still be patient like i said before, but really give it my all. heres my pledge. thinking of making a shirt with it on it and wear it to the gym as a pressure thingy lol.

anyway. not much else is going on. school starts again in about a month. hopefully i can get some nice new clothes before then lol seeing as i only have one pair of pants right now without holes haha!

    Have a couple of questions/ideas for you.
    1. I have never seen a unicorn except Harry Potter movies, but I think those were fake. Most people say they don't exist. So, for science and for me, I believe you should post a pic of unicorn Rusuna.
    2. Second, Where did you find the picture of me holding up that girl?
    3. Your food plan is excellent. Very nice job on that. A couple things I've added to mine are soy nuts (less fat/more protein than seeds), and a dressing mixture of 2/3 salsa and 1/3 ranch.
    4. We have 6 months left in 2013. I'll join you in the best shape challenge.
    5. Keep pushing along. It's harder for us night people (my sleep schedule just tried switching back AGAIN), but we can get it done. AND we'll be tougher than the others standing next to us.
