Feeling Great

Another great night in the gym tonight! I swear I really got this schedule down! 8pm - 9pm is MY time! Not Mike's, not the kids, not the dogs, or the dishes or laundry...nope its ALL mine! I am not giving anymore excuses as to why I can't get in the gym and spend time on myself, and I am strong enough to tell everyone & everything, "No. I am busy but can get back to you in 1 hour."
It feels great to dedicate that time to me and it feels really good to stand up for myself and tell people, no.
I don't give myself the chance to weasel out of getting in the gym when I get home in the afternoon either. I immediately get home, put my stuff down, go in my room and put on my gym clothes. This way its a constant reminder that my time is coming and we are going to get it done.
