Starting at my own pace

Today I was off from work and it was relatively stress free. I always enjoy that.
In terms of my health I don't have anything that just begs to be told tonight. I'm on track with my water goal (16 day spark streak! emoticon )
I also did about 20 minutes of exercise today. I'm always a little fuzzy on how the warm up and cool down count. I've been including it in the time I enter. I've actually been doing some 10 minute workouts and it helps. I don't feel pressured to get a long workout in and it's letting me start into exercising at my own pace. So far this week I've been enjoying myself and I'm really proud that I'm exercising.

    Thats great.! Start with a reasonable amount of exercise and build it to something manageable for a new lifestyle!
