The Exercise Challenge this week mostly repeats from past weeks with a few updates) is take your fitness outside~take out your bike, jump rope outside, run sprints, swim, run hills, or just go for a walk. If the weather is bad then walk on a treadmill or use a video for at least 60 minutes. Do upper body strength training.
The Food Challenge is to cut sugars and eat a piece of fruit instead. Eat at least 2 veggies. Try for a gallon a day, but drink at least 8 GLASSES of water per day.
60 Minutes of cardio emoticon Got in a lot of movement, getting things in order around Karen's Haven. Vacation coming up so have a lot to get done.

Accountability with meals
Drink 1 gallon water or at least 8 glasses of water
