Back on the Band Wagon

These past couple of days have been a little rocky. I haven't worked out like I should have, and have eaten a little more than necessary. However, today has been a turn around, and I feel confident that the rest of my week will be stellar. Part of the reason for "falling off the wagon" has been my summer schedule... Or lack thereof. I've been staying up late and sleeping late, therefore, skipping breakfast and being too lazy to work out in the evenings. But I'm ready for a little bit more of a routine, and a healthier rest of the week!
