If It Isn't Working, Fix It!

So I started my C25K program in the middle of summer (not exactly a smart move in Phoenix, AZ) but I figured I'd just get up early and run before it got too hot. So it started at 8 AM and then moved to 7:30 AM and then about 7 AM and it's still too hot at that time. :-/ I tried to get up earlier today and just didn't have the motivation and didn't get up.

So getting up earlier isn't going to work and running in the heat doesn't work because we start to feel sick so I'm thinking running in the evening is going to have to work. That won't be easy because I work evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; however, I run Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Tuesdays are usually slow at work so it won't be a big deal to run after work then. Saturdays normally kill me so I may have to just try to wake up early one day a week.

Gotta tweak this to make it work! Can't let it slide. This is important to me.

Oh! One of my massage clients yesterday was telling me about a girls only 5K Iron Girl. My daughter is only 4 but they take them as young as 4 so I'm going to start having her run with me! (maybe get my husband to take her and my 9 y/o on Tuesdays since they won't still be awake when I get home from work).
