I have been doing a little better in eating within my calorie range not as good as I like but I am going to try harder. My exercise is going pretty well. Yesterday I did my first jog for week 7 of the couch to 5k program it was to run/jog for 25 mins straight no stopping and I think I did really great! I even went with the jogging stroller I have for my son and I thought it might be harder since it was my first time jogging with it but it was that hard I just went a bit more slowly. I'm down another 3lbs since my last post so im happy about that as well. Just have to get dinner ready for my hubby when he gets home and then I gotta bike to work later. Hope you are all doing well!
