BLC veggie recipe

For the BLC we are supposed to try a veggie recipe. I used a hummus recipe for Sparkpeople.

I love hummus and this was a really good recipe. I ate it with carrot sticks and it was very filling! I did have to buy some ingredients that I will probably never use in any other recipe, so I think I'll be making this a lot.
