Fat Nutritionist food tracking

Today is officially my first day of changing to a healthy lifestyle. It didn't went well. Although I've been restraining myself from buying McDonald's and Big Apple for my dinner, I am still consuming extra calories. I thought I was eating healthy enough. I realized I was wrong soon after I tracked my foods and drinks. I've been consuming so much calories than I've imagined!

I feel worst. All these times I was eating so carefree, without any self-control. I am so disappointed with myself. Why did I let myself come to this point?

I've underestimated the importance of tracking our foods and drinks. From today onwards, I'm going to track every little bite that goes into my stomach. Nobody can help me to change, but me!
