I am following the Medifast plan. This is a typical day of Medifast meals on the 5&1 plan. It consists of 5 medifast meals per day, and 1 "Lean and Green" meal that you prepare for yourself. There are about 70 different medifast meals that you can combine as you choose to make up the 5 meals. Here are a few of my favorites:)

The lean portion is 5-7 oz of lean protein, and the green is 3 servings of low carb veggies. Tonight we had a very delicious dinner! Grilled Lemon basil chicken, grilled cauliflower steaks, roasted asparagus, and a small tomato salad.
Doesn't that look YUMMY!
