Swim - Run

Well I admit, life has had other priorities lately, and I fell off the Couch to 5K bandwagon. I don't really feel guilty, I've got to put family, life, and work ahead sometimes. Some of the things that have been keeping me busy include hard physical labour (as compared to my normal computer job), so I have been burning cals, but it is hard to measure this way.

Anyhow, I did a run tonight, and since I had not finished week two, decided to restart week 2. So week 2, run 1 done. Was 4 minutes faster over the route than last run, so that's pleasing.

Then I dropped by the pool, and did some laps. Swam 2km tonight. New goggles are very helpful. :-)
