Getting stronger

Today I mowed the lawn in the morning and then tonight I ran 5 miles. Or I should say walk/jogged 5 miles.

I felt stronger and I thought I was faster than I was... which means that I felt good.

And my pants fit... OH yeah!

If I feel this good now, how great it will feel when I lose another 4 pounds.
