What a day. Somehow over the holiday I gained 11 pounds. In one week. My face is totally broke out. Painfully sore in some places. I tried to walk. I got 25,000 on the 4th I got 10 miles yesterday. Go figure
Tabby keep walking!!! It is working! Not only for wt loss but most important for your health. I am sure alot of your gain could be so many things that aren't real gains. It could be water gain, your muscles holding on to water from all that walking, sodium, heat can cause water gain and then there is when you went to the bathroom last, etc... Other words don't let the scale rule you, you are doing the right thing for your health! :-)
