Where Did the Hunger Go? (July Goal Update)

Today is the second day of my experiment/goal not to eat bread and cut other carbs except for vegetables and fruits in half. Yesterday was tough, but last night around bedtime I realized I wasn't insanely hungry and searching for snacks. I usually have to eat again before bed (I know thats bad) because my stomach won't settle down. Last night I kept waiting and waiting to be hungry, but nothing.
Today haven't felt as inclined to eat a lot in one sitting. I usually don't want to stop eating, I have to make myself. Even last night I went back for seconds; today at lunch it was just kinda "meh, I'm done. "
I wonder if this decrease in appetite related to the lack of bread is psychological because I read this happens or if it's actually a physical change.
My only craving so far has been soda, but it passed. I remind myself that not only is it terrible for me it also makes me feel sick. Its usually a toss up whether that works or not, but it has so far today.
So far I'm happy with the results of my experiment.
