How to distract myself from eating.

So one of my biggest obstacles to overcome is my need to stress feed!! Whenever I get stressed out I feel like I deserve that Dairy Queen or that burger and fries...and well life just isn't that fair!
I've have had to find hobbies to distract me from putting food in my mouth. I love to walk, but depending on the weather and my kids that isn't always an option.
I have started an awesome hobby, crocheting! I have been doing it since high school, but it wasn't till recently I got super into it! I even created my own Facebook page and sell my creations! It has turned out to be 1)an amazing distraction 2)a wonderful stress reliever and 3) I get to make a little money on the side! It's a win win situation!!
