Getting my mojo back

It feels like I've lost my mojo for a real long time and just kept on taking steps backwards because of it but finally I'm getting back into the swing of things. I just need to remember that when I slip up and eat that extra serving of sweet potato chips like I did this morning not to keep beating myself up about it.

    Don't let it get you down, and keep at it. With me I just kept trying. Im no expert but when the time is right for you...things will fall into place. I had so many attempts at dieting, until I realized it is not a diet I am on, it is a change of lifestyle. Sedentary to Active and being aware of what goes in my mouth. To this day I don't think I have fully tracked a day( maybe a few now) but it's all about taking baby steps and believing in yourself. When you master one step change another. It's as easy as that. You can do this!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
