No Exercise? But a Good Day!

Monday, July 08, 2013

Well, I say I did no exercise but I didn't stop until four O'clock this afternoon. You see, I have company coming Saturday and I don't even know the young man but know his step mother and knew his father who can be described only as fantastically wonderful friends! Ryan is going to work at NASA and will spend a couple of weeks with me while looking for a place for he and his family to live. I think that he is in for a surprise as he is from a small town in Tennessee and this area is over a million with roads for a whole lot fewer people.
Any way, Inow that I got off track about exercise or not, I will try to explain. I worked all day, vacuuming (have to often as Sandy Claws sheds like a large long hair cat instead of the small short hair that she is), washing floors that really needed it, changing the guest bed as I hadn't done so after my daughter was here, cleaning my bathroom, Sandy's litter box (and she was upset when I took it outside to wash it out), dusting, etc, etc, etc. I might not be able to track it as exercise but I was up and down the steps a lot, and moving all day.
Yes, it was a very good day! My house is straighter, emptied a couple of drawers, got rid of a few things, and took my daughter and kids out to dinner at IHOP (kis eat free). But, best of all, my grandboy was back to a happy, playful, sweet, loving and very loveable little boy. it was so wonderful to have him back the way he was before the bad reaction to the medicine.

Lord, thank you for today and for Keegan's wonderful attitude this evening. It was such a blessing to have the happy little boy back! You, Lord, placed this child in our family and I am thankful for him and I know that you can heal his problems if you desire or you can show us how to guide him to fulfill his purpose here on this earth. He has said many times that he wants to be a pastor. Lord, he needs healing to accomplish that and I am seeing the healing begin. Tonight was an example of how You work. Thank You and Praise You for these blessings!
