Plan for tomorrow

I've got to get up around 6:30am. Leave for the morning run by 7am. Home by 8. Breakfast and bath and ready to go to work by 9:15am.
At the first job 9:30 to 12:30. Then straight off to the next one until at least 6:30. Should be home about 7:30/8pm. Long day.
I need to make a salad tonight, for tomorrows lunch. And pack some leftover stir fry for supper. Looks like both meals will be on the road. I have everything I need for my smoothie in the morning. Pack at least 3 pieces of fruit. Lots of water. I'll be set for the day.
So it looks like my run in the morning is going to be all my fitness for the day. Hmmm. Going to have to make it a good one. I guess I could possibly go for a bike ride after work. I guess I'll have to decide. It doesn't look good for time to get online and spark though. Oh wait a minute. I can during my morning work. I'll just have to get my computer ready to go with me in the am. So that's not too bad. I can track my foods for the day then too.
I guess even though it's a long day, and pretty busy, I can do what I need to do. Get up early. Stay focused. And it will all work out. Time to go make my lunch.
