Monday, July 8th - Tired, but got 5 minutes in!

As I mentioned yesterday, I had to go into work today.

Normally, I work from home, so I can exercise or clean house before work, and if I run out of time, I can just do work in my PJs/exercise clothes/etc. if necessary.

But, when I go to work, I have very little- if any (and today I had none!)- time to exercise before work..

And, whenever I get home from work, I just want to crawl into bed. It's simply because it's not 9:30pm yet that's the reason I'm not in my PJs yet.


I did plan ahead about this, though, and I did get a workout in yesterday, when I normally don't plan for fitness on Sundays.

But then, there came another unexpected bit of exercise that I'm proud of.

Through one of our partners, we got exercise equipment in one of our side-rooms, and when I went to lunch today, I noticed that the room was sadly empty. So, as soon as I was done with my Lean Cuisine Szechun-style shrimp (delicious, by the way) I pulled up my long skirt to my waist, and hopped on the treadmill. It was only a 5 minute walk, but I burned 20 more calories than I otherwise would have.

THAT, right there, is all the fitness I did today.
And I'm proud for it.
